  • Return Policy

  • If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible to return the item for a refund.

    To return an item, please visit online Customer Support for assistance 24 hours a day, or call 1-888-317-0281, Monday – Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

    You have up to 14 calendar days from the time you purchase your item(s) to initiate a return.  A 10% restocking fee will be assessed for opened items. Shipping fees are not refundable.

    Online return process

    1. Visit online Customer Support.
    2. Click the Returns Tab and complete the returns form.
    3. Submit the Return making sure you have included an email address to receive confirmation of the request.
    4. Submit the Return Request.

    Once you’ve submitted your return request, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your return details. You are responsible for shipping the items back to Ray Displays, including shipping fees. If you have multiple items to return, you may put them together in one box with the packing slip. We strongly recommend using the original packaging.

    Items(s) must be received by the Ray Displays returns center within 14 calendar days from when the return was requested.

    Once we receive the item(s) we’ll process the return, issue a refund, and send you a return receipt confirmation email.

    Refund methods

    Your refund will be issued after we receive your item(s) at the Ray Displays returns center. The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method.

    • Credit card refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within five business days of receipt of the returned package. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
    • Cash payments will be refunded in the form of a check from Ray Displays, which will be mailed to your billing address within 14 calendar days of receipt of the returned package.
